Episode 1: Lucid Dreaming
If regular dreams are a nightly personalised film, lucid dreams on the other hand are like a video game - in which you are the main character. If one knows how to interpret and navigate them, they can be a helpful tool to overcome fears or understand profound layers of one’s personality. Yet, only 20-30% of society has natural lucid dreams and overall it is still a very niche technique within psychotherapy. We all have the ability to master our fast-running mind at night, but during this episode of L’Intermonde, we question whether it is actually worthwhile. Because after all if you think about it, going to sleep is a rare moment of surrendering.
